100% Solids High Build Epoxy Coating

The 100% Solids High Build Epoxy Coating is a single layer, no VOC epoxy resin coating. This 100% solids high build epoxy is a 2 part, 1 layer coating system. This product features no solvents or fillers and will cure at the thickness applied (between 10-15 mil thick). Big box store epoxies are usually 25-35% solids and dry at 2-3 mils thick. Coating will resist most common chemicals, car fluids and household cleaning products. It features and easy to clean surface using a mop or wet-vac.

You will receive a 2 to 1 ratio of  “A” and  “B”. You simply mix a “A” and “B” at 2:1. Please make sure to mix thoroughly and only mix as much as you need so as not to waste materials. Coverage will vary from depending on desired thickness and density of the floor (appx. 125 sq/ft per gallon). More porous and rough floors will require more coating yielding a lower coverage range. Aggregate/sand can be added as a filler to make patches and thicker versions. This product works great with any of our topcoat flooring options. 

Choose from over 15 colors! Clear and custom color are available upon request. Bright colors such as red, yellow, HH white, and other lighter colors require greater pigmentation. Please inquire to find out pricing.
