Single Layer Epoxy Primer Low VOC

The Single Layer Epoxy Primer Low VOC is a single layer water based epoxy primer. This product has superb chemical, abrasion, and substrate resistance allowing it to withstand most common chemicals, solvents, car fluids and household cleaning products. It features and easy to clean surface using a mop or wet-vac.

This product comes pre-packaged by weight.  All kits should be mixed in their entirety at a 4:1 ratio. You will be able to coat appx 250 sq/ft per gallon at 6 Mils thickness.

NOTE: The clear is not water clear and is not suitable for topcoating over previously color coated floors. The clear is suitable as a primer or concrete sealer only. 

This product can be used as a primer to build up your floors resistance and maintain the floors longevity. We suggest using this primer if you are looking for a multiple layer coated floor as this allows for the additional coat of epoxy to grip to the primer providing stronger bond.
